SINGAPORE, March 30, 2015 - Homegrown online designer furniture store, Mula Mu, has recently unveiled that it is the first within the industry to offer a Group Buy purchasing format. It means that the company will release furniture within its collection at significantly reduced rates so long as a pre-mandated number of buyers agree to make the same purchase.

Group Buying is a novelty idea in the online furniture retail space. Mula Mu’s bold move of being the first within the industry to offer this buying format will one day change the way people buy furniture. This concept brings together likeminded people who wish to leverage their purchasing power to receive the best deal.

Every two weeks, Mula Mu will post at least 10 new launch items under the Group Buy tab. Every item listed will start out at a one-time-only 10% discount. Once the target number of buyers is met, the discount increases all the way up to 25%.

The additional savings is automatically refunded to buyers through the same payment method they used at checkout. This means that even if buyers are unable to wait for the minimum number of buyers to get on board before buying the piece, they still get a discount.

Group Buying will only be offered for new pieces and once the collection’s 2-week time limit is up, new pieces featuring the Group Buy method will take its place.
